PKRC is a member of the Joint Venture tasked to develop an Integrated Water Resource Management Plan for Namibia. The client is the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, and its Department of Water Affairs and Forestry. PKRC compiled a section presenting how climate change may influence the water sector in Namibia, led an assessment of current information and knowledge systems in the water sector, and presented a strategy and action plan for how to improve these systems. PKRC also led the formulation of a long-term monitoring and evaluation framework for the implementation of the IWRM Plan.
